Eleanor O’Kelly-Lynch - Training Consultant

A graduate of University College Cork, Eleanor is a highly experienced Consultant specialising in sales and customer service training as well as personal development and motivation. She has over 15 years corporate experience in sales, training and sales management. After a very successful teaching and sales career she moved from the radio industry into senior management at Concept Marketing with responsibility for all aspects of media advertising and marketing.

Eleanor now works as a Consultant across all industry sectors and is passionate about inspiring and helping people to unlock their potential and to maximize their performance. Drawing on her own experience, her key skills are in making training fun, accessible and relevant, bringing energy and openness into the training room whatever the training area. Her combination of people skills, polished professionalism and relaxed humour creates rapport and wins respect from delegates.
